Terms of Service

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING OUR SERVICES. These terms govern your use of GamesHub24, the browser-playable games site operated by JustSimplySoftware S.R.L. ("GamesHub24", "we", "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account. If you are younger, a parent or legal guardian must hold the account on your behalf and supervise your use of the site.
Provide accurate registration information and keep it current. One person may hold one account.
You are responsible for everything done through your account, including activity from your email account and device. Keep your password confidential and tell us promptly at contact if you suspect unauthorised access.
We verify registrations with a one-time code sent to your email address. Automated, bulk or third-party registration is not permitted.
We may suspend or close accounts that are inactive, that are compromised, or that breach these terms.

2. Acceptable use

Use the site only for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
Do not use the site for anything unlawful, or to harass, defraud or harm anyone.
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its accounts, its databases or its hosting infrastructure, and do not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the service without our written permission.
Do not scrape, crawl, mirror, bulk-download or redistribute games, game assets, page content or game data, and do not extract game bundles from the embedded player.
Do not interfere with gameplay, other users, or the operation of the site, including by circumventing in-game protections, injecting scripts, or overloading our systems.
Do not upload or transmit malware, or content that is unlawful, infringing, or that promotes abuse or discrimination.

3. Games and game content

Games are hosted and delivered as browser playable. Play is subject to the functionality the game itself provides and to your browser's ability to run it.
Games are provided for personal use only. You may not resell, sublicense, modify or redistribute a game, or embed a game on another site or product.
Your rating (one to five stars), your favourites and your recently played history are personal to your account. We publish only aggregated ratings and play counts.
Bug reports and suggestions you submit for a game are visible to us and our administrators. Keep them to the relevant game and do not include confidential information.
We may add, edit, rate-limit, unpublish or remove any game at any time, and we may correct game titles, descriptions and metadata.

4. Intellectual property

The GamesHub24 name, site design, layout, text, code, artwork and branding are owned by JustSimplySoftware S.R.L. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and related rights.
Each game remains the property of its respective rights holder. Listing a game grants no ownership of the game to you and no rights beyond playing it on the site.
Feedback you send us about the site or a game (including bug reports and suggestions) may be used by us without restriction or compensation to improve and operate GamesHub24.

5. Availability and changes

The site and its features are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Catalog statistics such as play counts, ratings and category listings are aggregated and may be corrected or reset.

6. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
We may suspend access temporarily to protect the service or investigate misuse, and we may terminate accounts that breach these terms, repeatedly abuse the service, or are used unlawfully.
On termination, your right to use the site ends immediately. Aggregated and anonymised statistics already published may remain.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GamesHub24 and its games are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, accuracy or uninterrupted play. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or any indirect or consequential damage arising from your use of the site or of a game, and our total liability to you for any claim relating to the site is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or 10 EUR.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JustSimplySoftware S.R.L. against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms, your unlawful use of the site, or your infringement of the rights of a third party.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. As a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bucharest, Romania, without prejudice to the right to bring proceedings in the court of your place of residence.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the site or the law. The "last updated" date above shows the current version, which applies from the moment it is published on this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
